JOB DESCRIPTION
The Governing Council, Michael Otedola College of Primary Education, Nofoija-Epe hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following vacant position.

JOB TITLE: CHIEF INTERNAL AUDITOR CONTISS 13

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Chief Internal Auditor shall be responsible to the Provost for planning, organising, directing, coordinating and reviewing the audit system as well as superintend the Audit unit of the College

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Candidates for the post must possess a good degree in Accountancy or;
HND Accountancy from a recognised tertiary institution
Recognised professional certificate along with the above
Twelve (12) years post professional qualification experience

QUALITIES
The Chief Internal Audit must be a person of proven integrity. He must be intellectually sound and knowledgeable in the rules and regulations of colleges of Education
He/She must be someone who appreciates and encourages hard work and merit
He/She must also be versed in public service rules and financial regulations
He/She must have demonstrable ability to offer administrative leadership and the competence to effectively discharge the responsibilities/duties of the high office of the Chief Internal Auditor
He/she must be able to assist the Chief Executive and the Governing Council in formulating sound financial policies.

CONDITION OF SERVICE
The conditions of service for this post is essentially the same as in other Colleges of Education and Institutions of comparable standard in Nigeria.
