ENGINEERING:
GENERAL MANAGER
QUALIFICATION
Candidate must have minimum of a BSC in Quantity Surveys, Architecture or Engineering, from a reputable university
A minimum of 15years post qualification experience with the last three years in management position in a well structured organization
Project management certification will be an added advantage.
Exposure to contracting is a prerequisite
Ability to deputize for the MD/CEO in business development and related issues

SKILLS
Time management and analytical skill
Ability to multitask
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Administrative and organizational skills

HEAD OF ENGINEERING
QUALIFICATION
Candidate should possess a minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering
Ability ti run/supervise projects (field and office) and should have formal project management training preferably PMP
A minimum of 10years position a well structured environment, involved in contracting/project management
Candidate should be Male, between the age of 35 and 45

SKILLS
Ability to generate Designs in HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing, interpret and implement same
Candidate should be outgoing and multitasking
Excellent command of oral and written English
Good presentation skills

PROJECT ENGINEER(Electrical or Mechanical)
QUALIFICATION
Candidate should possess a minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering
Experience in running/supervising projects (field and office) and should have formal project management training and preferably certification
A minimum of 5-7 years experience with a well structured environment environment, involved in contracting/project management

SKILLS
Excellent command of oral and written English
Good presentation skills
Ability to multitask, work within budgets and deadlines
Design ability, site work experience with supervisory capabilities

AGRICULTURE:
FARM MANAGER
QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess a minimum of BSC in Agric Science or related experience with the last 3 years in managerial position in a well established farm/agricultural enterprise.
 Basic IT skills as a prerequisite.

MANUFACTURING
PLANNING/OPERATION MANAGER
QUALIFICATION
Candidate must have BSC in Mechanical/Agricultural/Industrial engineering
A minimum of 10 years post graduation experience in manufacturing
Candidate should be conversant and comfortable with Machinery, Engineering & Scheduling Industrial Processes

SKILLS
Candidate must be highly cerebral and able to learn about new industries
Analytical skill with report writing capabilities
IT skills as a prerequisite
