HEAD OF COORDINATION

JOB DESCRIPTION
a) DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE:
The SERVICE consists in:
Managing under the responsibility of the EPC Package Manager technical execution for Project, Odudu and Amenam modifications.
Monitoring the agreed budget, schedule for completion and Statement of Requirements
Replacing the EPC Package Manager when he is unavailable.

B) SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES:
1. To assist the EPC Package Manager to prepare EPC contract in accordance with Project plan.
2. To prepare the technical execution phase (scheduling, team management procedure, …) with EPC Package Manager
3. To asset for EPC Package Manager for monitoring and controlling Contractors achievements in accordance with contractual requirements in areas such as safety, technical requirements, cost, planning, etc…
4. To ensure the adequate and timely reporting to the EPC Package Manager and to PSF Manager, if EPCI5 Package Manager is not available
5. To ensure smooth process for internal and external interfaces issues between EPC and the others
6. To implement quality assurance procedures.
7. To ensure good technical coordination between Engineering, Construction and commissioning/F.O teams within Project
8. To report technical activities to EPC Package Manager
9. To liaise with affiliate for all interfaces matters (operations, logistics, …)
10. To monitor closely the NCD requirements execution

JOB REQUIREMENTS
The execution of the SERVICE requires experienced specialists fluent in English and with a knowledge of French.
