Our Client, a major player in the sub-sector of financial services requires for immediate employment,

DIRECT SALES MANAGERS (Lagos, Abuja & Port Harcourt)
ROLE PURPOSE
To be responsible for the management, administration and development of Direct Sales Associates. The role holder’s primary responsibility is to market our Client’s products and will be expected to sign up, manage and maintain a minimum of 30 DSAs at any given time. The DSAs are to be attained within 3 months of being engaged as a DSM.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Recruitment, training and managing retail direct sales associates
• Identifying and appointing corporate partners
• Negotiating with prospective customers and other parties
• Activity management.
• Retention of customers and direct sales associates acquired
• Facilitating and training on sales processes and effective selling techniques
• Meeting sales targets/goals as per agreed terms
• Back office and operation support
• Overseeing reconciliation of transactions.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the company.

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven history of generating revenue
• 5yrs and above experience in marketing and must have spent at least two years in a leadership position
• A 1st degree or H.N.D in any discipline.

• Excellent negotiating skills
• Experience managing a team.
• Good business acumen
• The ability to motivate and lead a team
• Excellent Presentation and report writing skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Relationship management skill
• Excellent Grooming
