VACANCIES
Our company, a Real Estate Development Company with subsidiary companies request for immediate employment, the following personnel

PROJECT ENGINEERS: (Expatriates or Nigerians
Must possess a minimum of first degree from relevant University/Polytechnic or relevant professional qualification an added advantage. Ability to use the computer

ACCOUNTS OFFICERS:
Must possess HND/BSC Accounting with minimum of 3 years post graduate Experience. Must be proficient in the use of peach tree accounting software, MS excel and MS Word.

STORE OFFICERS:
Must possess either HND/BSC Administration or any social sciences or Diploma in Secretarial Studies and must be versatile in the use of various computer applications including, Excel, Word, Page Maker etc. The ideal candidate must be highly intelligent, organized and able to work under pressure with little or no supervision

ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL ENGINEERS:
Must possess qualification of at least OND and relevant experience of at least 5 years. Candidate must be proficient in the use of computer. Membership of related professional body is an added advantage.

MARKETING EXECUTIVES:
Female graduate of English Language or Mass Communication, Marketing or social sciences with a minimum of HND. Experience of not less than 2 years. Must be proactive, resourceful, self motivated, target driven wit good team leadership.

DRIVERS:
Must have good motor mechanics background. Must be in possession of valid driver’s license and have clean records, with at least 5 years driving experience. Candidates should have good knowledge of FCT Road network and Nigerian road network. Must neet minimum vision and hearing requirements. He must have oral/written communication skills.

QUANTITY SURVEYORS:
Resourceful and motivated Quantity Survey with not less than 5 years experience from an accredited institution, membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage

ESTATE SUREVEYORS:
Sharp resourceful, aggressive and motivated estate surveyors with not less than 5 years experience from relevant accredited institution or professional bodies.
