BANKING INDUSTRY HOT VACANCIES

Our Client, a key player in the Nigerian banking industry, as part of its repositioning strategies wishes to recruit highly motivated and challenge loving individuals as Business Development Managers for some of its locations in Abuja-(FCT), South-West (SW) and South-South (SS) regions ofNigeria. The successful applicant will be expected to perform the following functions within the catchment area:

  • Strategically position the bank and the brand
  • Establish significant market presence
  • Qualitatively grow the balance sheet of the branch
  • Build trust and credibility for the branch
  • Generate profitable growth across customer segments and service lines

  1. The successful candidates must possess the following:
  2. Not less than 28 years of age with at least a first degree (or equivalent) in any discipline
  3. Professional certifications/qualifications (or near completions0 in related discipline (e.g. ICAN, MSc, MBA, ACIB etc) will be an added advantage
  4. Strong marketing background with not less than three (3) years experience in business development, preferably in the specified catchment region.
  5. Sound commercial credit knowledge. Analysis and Structure
  6. Ability to interact with top executives, entrepreneurs, high net-worth clients, and non-for-profit organizations

  8. Good knowledge of social, economic and demographic feature s of assigned coverage area
  9. Confident, a go-getting attitude, strong drive and a hunger for success
  10. Entrepreneurial with a strong desire to grow and develop business potential

  12. Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and a strategic business mindset.
